Following on from the massive success of our London Gravel Night earlier this month, we have decided to bring it home and have a Cotic HQ Gravel Night next week.

On 29th July we're doing Cotic CC owners gravel ride from HQ in Chesterfield, but we're throwing the doors open. For this one, you don't have to own a Cotic to come. If you have an Escapade, a Cascade, or even a Solaris, join us! Maybe you have an old Roadrat or X? Fantastic! Come along.

But, even if you don't have a Cotic gravel bike, come along anyway. The Showroom will be open, Paul and I will be our Escapades, and the new Cascades will be on show too. If you are Cotic gravel curious, this is the ride for you. The demo 56cm Escapade is available, so if you'd like to try it out, let me know.

The route is loosely hung off one of the Five Pits Trails, with some linking sections and loops that Paul's discovered, mostly during the Escapade 6 development. We will be out for 2-2.5 hours, and it will be an easy pace and everyone will stay together.

The Plan

Roll out from Cotic HQ, S41 9QG, at 7.00pm. There is plenty of parking, and we're about 15 mins ride from Chesterfield and/or Dronfield train stations.

This is a social ride, not a guided one. You're responsible for your own bike and safety. Helmet is non-negotiable. Bring a spare layer, a multi-tool, and puncture kit and lights. The evenings are still long, but we're going to be out for a couple of hours at least, and you might be riding home later, so bring proper lights.

We'll be hanging out in the Showroom at HQ after the ride for a bit for a natter.
