There are other ways to contact us with your order, but using the form below is best.

If you're not pre-ordering, you should hit the "ORDER AND PAY" button at the end of the form, which will send us the order, and allow you to pay us promptly and securely by card via Sagepay. Please note that you need your card to be 3D Secure (the Verified by Visa service or equivalent for your card) in order to complete the Sagepay security checks and pay for your Cotic.

The "PLACE PROVISIONAL ORDER" button is for those of you who want to speak to us about your order before paying, or wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, or are pre-ordering something not yet in stock.

Frames currently dispatched in 7-10 days (if frame in stock).

Please note, current build time for bikes is 2-3 weeks if frame and parts are in stock.

If we are out of stock of a component due to suppliers not being able to deliver at the moment, we may look to fit a substitute and we will be in touch to agree this with you.

International customers...we still welcome you placing orders to reserve your frame or bike (and we advise doing so, to not miss out). All orders and deposits are refundable up to the point of sending the item so there's no risk in getting in the queue for a Cotic.

EU Customers - Our Taiwan made frames and all complete bikes will now attract import duty. You will no longer pay UK VAT on your order when placing it with Cotic, but you will have to pay the tariff, handling fee and VAT in your country when it arrives.
