If you want to pay in some other fashion, or organise your 0% Finance, hit the grey 'PLACE PROVISIONAL ORDER' button to reserve your order and let us know we need to contact you for payment.
Payment
We accept Visa Credit and Debit cards and Mastercard as well as American Express. Your card will be charged immediately you complete the PayPal form. Please note that we dispatch only once a week on a Thursday so it could be a few days from your payment being taken and the frame arriving. Don't worry; if you receive your payment confirmation from Sagepay then all is in order and your frame will be sent.
We also accept PayPal account payments, PayPal pay in three, Cheques, Bank Tranfer and Cash. Cheque and Bank Transfer orders will be shipped following the funds clearing into our account.
The Cotic Paypal account is sales@cotic.co.uk
Cheques should be made payable to Cotic Limited and sent to:

Please use your order reference on your confirmation email in the payment details.
If you have any queries on these payment methods, call or email for details on how to pay with these methods. 0044 (0) 7970 853531 or info@cotic.co.uk
Your card details are never recorded or kept by us and only Paypal handles them for your and our security.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. No contract exists between us until the point at which we have taken payment. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price or specification, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Carriage
Carriage is included for all UK Mainland orders unless otherwise stated. We use FedEx/TNT 24hr service.
For International orders, carriage is usually quoted at a fixed cost we have a contract for in certain countries. If you country appears in the drop down menu list on the order form, this cost is automatically added to the total price of your order when you select your country. If your country isn't on the list, select 'other' and make a pre-order. We will get a quote and add that to your total price on a case-by-case basis with us getting the best price from our providers on the day. We will then contact you to confirm you agree the price before sending you a payment request. We will not go ahead with payment for an order until the total price included shipping has been agreed with you.
If you have a preferred carrier for an international order please let us know, but usually we use DHL for international orders.
Please check all goods received carefully upon delivery. If either the goods or packaging appear damaged please sign for them as “Goods Received Damaged” and contact us as soon as possible with a note of your order number.
Retention Of Title
Title to your Cotic Order shall remain vested in Cotic Limited and shall not pass to you [the Buyer] until the purchase price for your Cotic Order has been paid in full and received by Cotic Limited.
Out Of Stock
If your item is not in stock, you may add your name to the waiting list for the product in question. We will contact you when we have a firm delivery date for new stock to confirm you still would like to go ahead with the order. We will not take deposits or payments if we do not have stock.
UK VAT at 20% is applicable on all UK and EU orders to private individuals and is included in the quoted retail prices. VAT is not charged on orders outside the EU, but you will be liable for import duties, sales tax and some handling fees upon delivery of your order.
For orders placed on or after 1st September 2019 Cotic frames have a warranty which entitles the original owner to a free replacement within 5 years of purchase should there be any problem with the materials or workmanship on the frame. This does not cover abuse, and use of the bicycles outside it's stated parameters (see your user manual). Should any modifications be made to the frame during the warranty period, which includes removal of the original paint coat for refurbishment, the warranty is void. We also operate a subsidised crash replacement policy on a case by case basis.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Minimum seatpost insertion is 100mm into the frame regardless of what it says is the minimum insertion on your seatpost.
Fork compatibility is defined by travel as well as length. We understand that some manufacturers forks are shorter in height than others, but this is irrelevant. If you run forks with longer travel than we have stated for a given frame, or a fork has a taller axle to crown that stated for the Cotic frame for a given travel, warranty is void and likelihood of damage or failure of the frame is high.
Shocks and bicycle components are not covered by this warranty; standard manufacturer warranties apply to shocks.
For droplink frames, you must remove and lubricate all the pivot axles at least annually and have proof of the work (a time stamped photo is fine) to comply with your warranty. If you fail to do this, your warranty is void as not regularly checking the pivots constitutes neglect. Check the bearings at this point and replace as necessary.
You can get this work done at Cotic with a Factory Checkup
We strongly recommend annual bearing replacements. We suggest a maximum of 2 years between bearing changes, but these are guidelines. Heavy usage in wet weather and/or pressure washing will reduce bearing life, and by extension the performance and longevity of your frame. We do not recommend pressure washing your Cotic.
Bearings are available from us, or we can fit them for you with a Factory Service.
If you are at all unhappy with your Cotic product, please contact us immediately on info@cotic.co.uk or call 0044 (0) 7970 853531.
You have the right to return the product in unused condition up to 14 days post-purchase. You are liable for the shipping costs of returning the item. Once we have received the item and inspected it to ensure it is in as new condition, we will provide a full refund. Should the returned item not be in as new saleable condition, we will contact you immediately to discuss a settlement.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which can be found at https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2013/3134/contents
