Cotic aren't like most bike companies. We assemble every single bike to order, in our workshop in the heart of the Peak District in the UK. Whilst we offer build specifications at different prices, these aren't fixed specs. You aren't locked in to picking a bike that's 70% right for you, just because that's what the brand offers you. At Cotic, you get Your Bike Built For You.

At each price point from the lowest to the highest, you can choose your drivetrain, your suspension, your wheels, tyres, bars, stem, brakes, dropper post, even your headset and bottom bracket.

Want a mountain bike with solid no-nonsense drivetrain with the best suspension and tyres? No problem! Start with a Bronze or Silver build and replace the suggested mid-range suspension with top end offerings from Cane Creek, Rockshox or Fox, then head to the Tyres drop down menu and go for some sticky WTB rubber.

How about a fantastic performance Gold level build, personalised with your choice of coloured Hope brakes, hubs, bottom bracket and headset? It's all doable. Just make a choice from the list, and if you can't see something you'd like, pop a note on the order and see if we can get it for you.

Or on the drop bar side, start with a Cascade Gold build and get some different forks and and headset. It's all there.

The other massive advantage of Your Bike Build For You is that we can easily substitute in parts or even leave them out. We can supply anything from a bare frame to a complete bike and everything in between. Do you have some great wheels or forks that you'd like to use instead of buying new? Send them in and we'll build them onto your new bike. Do you see a couple of bits like saddle or tyres that you have personal favourites for, and are happy to fit yourself? No problem either! We'll delete the parts you don't want or need and reduce the price. The last thing we want to be doing is selling you parts you'll not use and/or discard straight away. It's not good for you, us, or the planet. It's part of running a sustainable business.
