There are other ways to contact us with your order, but using the form below is best.

If you're not pre-ordering, you should hit the "ORDER AND PAY" button at the end of the form, which will send us the order, and allow you to pay us promptly and securely by card via Sagepay. Please note that you need your card to be 3D Secure (the Verified by Visa service or equivalent for your card) in order to complete the Sagepay security checks and pay for your Cotic.

The "PLACE PROVISIONAL ORDER" button is for those of you who want to speak to us about your order before paying, or wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, or are pre-ordering something not yet in stock.

We normally dispatch every Wednesday, for orders which can be completed before midday on Tuesday.

Deliveries are normally Friday (UK) or early the following week (International).

Frames currently dispatched within two weeks (if frame in stock).

Please note, current build time for bikes is six weeks (if frame in stock).

If we are out of stock of a component due to suppliers not being able to deliver at the moment, we may fit a substitute, and send your choice later when the supply is more normal.

IMPORTANT - New banking security regulations mean higher card security. Please fill in card payment details manually (not from securely saved details on your device), and make sure you have the extra security details enabled. This is usually a mobile phone number with your account to allow the bank to text you a one time code, or fingerprint security on a banking app. This is all new from 16th September 2019.
