Ordering from us

There are other ways to contact us with your order, but using the form below is best.

Complete mountain bikes are available in UK & much of Europe and North America, and Australia. They arrive assembled, other than requiring the installation of front wheel, bar/stem and adjustment of the headset.

If you're not pre-ordering, you should hit the "ORDER AND PAY" button at the end of the form, which will send us the order, and allow you to pay us promptly and securely by card or PayPal. Please note that you need your card to be 3D Secure (the Verified by Visa service or equivalent for your card) in order to complete the security checks and pay for your Cotic.

For those of you who want to speak to us about your order before paying, or wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, or are pre-ordering something not yet in stock, hit the "PLACE PROVISIONAL ORDER" button, and you'll then be contacted by either Cy or Paul to confirm costs and arrange payment and delivery.

For countries we don't deliver complete bikes to, you can order a frameset from us direct and complete the build yourself.

Frames currently dispatched within 3 weeks (if frame in stock).

Please note, current build time for bikes is up to 4 weeks if frame and parts are in stock.
