Saturday saw our annual winter social ride for the Cotic CC and Cotic Women of Steel, the Beat the Winter Blues ride.

We've had some weather over the years, but 2025's edition was a stunner of a day.

It was brisk, but crystal clear and bright for some awesome 360 degree views.

The Peak District was really showing some ankle, and we put in a nice big day on the hills. Draggy climbs and few biting headwinds meant we really earned our post-ride refreshments in the pub, but with Cotic staff on hand to hold gates on the descents, everyone enjoyed some excellent riding.

We had a nice mix of bikes from Souls to RocketMAXs, all handling the Peak's trails perfectly.

We are always keen to hear suggestions for where we should run Cotic CC rides, please do get in touch if you have an idea.

We'll aim to get some more in the diary once the warmer months get here.

For now though, our March Super Saturday will be the next one, with Cotic CC and Women of Steel rides from our Chesterfield showroom. Keep an eye on the website and mailing list for news.
