YOUR SERVICE

Before dropping your bike or frame with us, please give it a really good clean, including the tyres and drivetrain. If it gets to us dirty, we'll need to add a £50 cleaning fee before we can start the work.

Let us know if there are any specific issues, noises you can't trace or play anywhere so our mechanics know to look out for anything in particular.

Bikes and frames can be dropped off during our showroom opening hours: 10am - 4pm, Wednesday - Friday.

Its best to arrange a time with us if you haven't already, so we know when to expect you.

Please note: Cotic Factory Servicing is not 'while you wait'. You'll need to leave the bike with us for a few days.

Whilst working on your bike, our mechanics will look out for any parts beyond the pivot bearings which are worn and in need of replacement. We will contact you to discuss options and prices, and can fit new parts while your bike is in the workshop if you like.

Its an ideal opportunity to make some choice upgrades to your bike. We have stock of drivetrains, forks, shocks and other components at great prices including fitting.

We only offer parts we run on our own bikes, and can recommend the best options for you. Have a chat with us in the showroom when you bring your bike in, why not take the opportunity to make your Cotic even better?

We can help you set up new forks or shock when you collect your refreshed bike.

Once your bike is ready, we will contact you to arrange collection. This will be during our showroom opening hours.

If you'd rather we boxed up your frame or bike and shipped it to you, no problem. We can do this in one of our custom made bike boxes on a next day service. Just let us know your location and we can provide a quote for this.
